Privacy Policy – Information on the Processing of Personal Data

This page describes how the official NetOne website, accessible via the homepage at https://www.net-one.org (hereinafter the “website”), is managed with regard to the processing of personal data of users who visit it.This privacy notice is provided in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter the “Regulation” or “GDPR”). This privacy notice applies exclusively to the official NetOne website; therefore, it does not apply to any other websites that users may access via links on this site.

The Association “per NetOne” collects information when you visit a web page, primarily through the completion of registration forms.
The data collected includes the following: email address, full name, and any information entered in the body of the message.As a general rule, when personal data is requested to use a service or access certain content, providing it is not mandatory, except in cases where it is specified that the data is required to provide the service. In this case, you are free to choose not to register and/or not to contract for the services.
Please note that you are not required to provide personal data; however, if you do not provide it, we will not be able to manage your consents.

Unless otherwise required by law, we will always ask for your consent to process sensitive data.
6. Consent
You give your free, express, and informed consent to the “per NetOne” Association to use the data collected for the purposes set out in this document, as well as to store it in the website database.
The processing of the data provided by you is legitimate:
i. Requesting services through the website, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the service request form (prior to any potential hiring), which the user (after reading it), and if agreeing, can accept by checking the relevant box;
and
ii. the free, informed, and unambiguous consent of the user, given after reviewing this privacy policy, where the “per NetOne” Association informs you of the processing it will perform with your data, and with your consent, by checking the relevant box on the service request form.
Data processing that does not fall within any of the legal bases listed above will be carried out if the “per NetOne” Association deems it necessary to protect a legitimate interest and only if it does not conflict with the user’s fundamental rights and freedoms.
7. Expiry: How long do we keep it?
The data will be destroyed or archived when it is no longer strictly necessary or relevant for the purposes detailed in Section 5 above. In particular, personal data will be retained for one year unless the user withdraws their consent in accordance with the information contained in Section 5 of this Privacy Policy and/or for the period required by applicable law.
8. Privacy/International Transfer – Do we disclose data to third parties?
The “per NetOne” Association will keep the personal data collected private and confidential and will not use it for purposes other than those set forth in Section 5 of this document. The “per NetOne” Association requires its employees and third-party service providers who access the content of the data archives to sign confidentiality and data processing agreements and includes these obligations in the service contracts they sign with providers as indicated in the next paragraph.

Social Networks. The “per NetOne” Association also uses social networks, such as Facebook or Instagram, and has integrated these network functions into its services. The user acknowledges that existing technical security measures are not impervious and that even when all reasonable security precautions are taken, information may be subject to manipulation, destruction, and/or loss. If a security incident is detected that poses a significant risk to the data subject, the event will be reported promptly to the competent supervisory authority.

12. Data Subject Rights and How to Respond to Their Exercise – What rights do I have as a data subject?
Current privacy legislation grants users a series of rights, including, but not limited to, the right to:
